Barista, coffee grinder-doser, machine, small cup, counter
Hundreds times a day espresso practice is carried out: fill
the grinder-doser's bell; grind coffee seeds; fill the filter-holder
branch; hook the branch to the machine body; push the infusion
button; grab the little cup from the cup warmer and put
it just under the spout of the filter-holder; wait for a
while and serve your coffee!
But, are all those movements accidental?
Is there a logical use?
Does the Barista follow all the steps to make a good coffee?
Does the Barista know that a good espresso is the outcome
not only of his skills, but also of the right use of the
machine?
